Gumbo GreensĀ review by April
Where do I begin, or better yet, how does one describe the Gumbo greens at Roost & Tap that would do it justice. š¤ Writing about it and just thinking about our experience with this dish makes my mouth salivate. I've eaten others Gumbo, even in Louisiana, but Roost & Tap has taken it to a level that no other restaurant will even come close to. The flavoring and texture sends us to a place of comfort, joy and pure pleasure š We always take extra home with us so that we can experience that wonderful feeling at home. All of their dishes are wonderful and we look forward to coming back to Roost & Tap with our friends and family. April Christensen

The most moist fried pork chop that I've ever eaten. The collard greens were almost as great as my grandmothers. Red beans and rice made with love. Been in Arkansas 4-years, how did we miss this place. Now we drive from Little Rock once a week. My 92- year old mom looks forward to it.

We dined at Roost and Tap for the first time last night. I ordered the Rotisserie Chicken plate with broccolini and Mac and cheese, and every single bite was amazing! The chicken was so moist and had the best flavor. It was also a generous portion. The broccolini was seasoned to perfection and the Mac and cheese was so indulgent. We will definitely be back!

We loved our first experience here. The food was made to order so we didn't mind waiting for it. Appetizers were so delicious! Those buttery biscuits 10/10!!

Super unique take on a steak that Id never think to love but it was cooked perfectly where most places mess up and it meshed perfectly with the Chimichurri topping. Quality cut that i'll definitely be back for. The truffle fries were also amazing paired with it. We will for sure be back to try other menu items in the future!

I ate for the first time at Roost and Tap. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The restaurant was welcoming, comfortable and quiet. Our server was very efficient and friendly. Now for the food, wow, it was so good. I ordered the rotessrrie chicken, bacon and Swiss sandwich on Hawaiian rolls. I wasn't sure when I saw that it had bacon jam on it, but decided to try it and so glad I did. ļæ¼

Wonderful flavor! Just enough spice to compliment the dish without overpowering. Plenty of meat and just the right amount of rice. Great dish!
